BEEF ORDERING INFORMATION
WE KNOW OUR COWS FROM BIRTH TO BUTCHER
Our family farm raises Black Angus 100% grass-fed cattle. They are born on our land, raised on our land. From start to finish we take care of each animal making sure they will become the healthiest and highest quality grass-fed beef available. Our genetics produce a gentler, smaller framed cow that produces excellent beef on forage alone. They are HORMONE AND ANTIBIOTIC FREE and are fed a variety of grasses throughout the season. The cows are "finished" on our finishing pasture that consists of 7 different species of grasses and legumes to ensure great marbling and flavor.

OUR BEEF IS DRY AGED FOR TWO WEEKS

We charge $4.50/LB per hanging weight.

Here's an example if you purchase a whole cow and the hanging weight is 600 LBS.
600 lbs, x $4.50 = $2,700.
The Wahoo Locker has a butcher charge of .70 cents/ pound
PLUS a flat butcher fee
$70 per whole cow.
1/2 cow: $35.
1/4 cow: $17.50,
